More Information

View Camera Details

  1. Log in to VirtualKeypad.com and enter your User Code.

  2. In the menu, select Video.

  3. Select the camera you want to view the camera details for.

  4. Select the settings.png icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

  5. Select Camera Details to view the following information:

    • Camera ID

    • Camera Name

    • MAC Address

    • IP Address

    • Serial Number

    • Activation Status

    • Time Zone

    • Daylight Saving Time

    • Last Check-In

    • Wireless Signal Strength

    • Firmware Version

    • Username

    • Password

Delete a Region or Line

  1. Log in to VirtualKeypad.com and enter your User Code.

  2. In the menu, select Video.

  3. Select the camera with the region or line you want to delete.

  4. Select the settings.png icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

  5. Fine the region, then select the delelte icon.png icon to delete the region or line.

  6. Select Save at the top of the screen.

Edit Camera Display Page

Adjust Columns

You can display your cameras in one, two, or three columns. To adjust the columns, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to VirtualKeypad.com and enter your User Code.

  2. In the menu, select Video.

  3. Select one of the following icons at the top of the screen:

    • Layout - 3 column.png —Cameras display in three columns.

    • Layout - 2 column.png —Cameras display in two columns.

    • Layout - 1 column.png —Cameras display in one column.

Reorder Cameras

  1. Log in to VirtualKeypad.com and enter your User Code.

  2. In the menu, select Video.

  3. Select the reorder cameras.png icon at the top of the screen.

  4. Drag the cameras to reorder them.

  5. Select Save.

View Continuous Recorded Video

  1. Log in to VirtualKeypad.com and enter your User Code.

  2. In the menu, select Video.

  3. Select the calendar icon.png icon.

  4. Select a date and enter a time.

  5. Select Set Date. The cameras play continuous video starting from the date and time you selected.

Enable Video Access To Technicians and Dealers

Note: All cameras brought online are immediately granted access to the video feed for 12 hours.

You can choose to allow video access on Virtual Keypad for technicians and dealers. When video access is enabled, all Administrator level app users receive a notification email. To enable video access, complete the steps below:

  1. Log in to VirtualKeypad.com and enter your User Code.

  2. Go to Settings, then select Video.

  3. Go to Settings > Video > Privacy.

  4. In Video Privacy, toggle Allow Video Access Any Time ON to grant technicians and dealers unlimited access to the video feed. If Allow Video Access Any Time is toggled OFF, you can enable Grant Temporary Access to allow technicians and dealers access to video for 12 hours. Access can be revoked instantly by selecting Revoke Access or disabling All Video Access Any Time.
